General overview

Spacious apartment in a historical building with a large living room and two bedrooms. The smaller bedroom is also used as an office. Both bedrooms have height adjustable desks. We also have two walking pads to get your steps in during work ;) So home office is no problem. The flat is located at a lively street with lots of cafes and restaurants. You don't hear the street noise though because the windows are well isolated. Flat has two (cat safe) balconies, high ceilings, bright and spacious rooms. The flat would be ideal for a couple of a family with max 2 kids. We have a bed in the guest room that can be extended so that two people can sleep there. The flat is on the 4th floor and has no lift. 4th floor, no elevator. Great workout ;)

Hi we are Monja and Dave and we live together with our 3 cats (Kimchi, Ebba & Olive) in a lovely 2 bedroom apartment in Berlin. We've been together for 10 years and have lived in Scotland for the most part. For two years we've been living in Berlin and loved it. We'd love to swap with pet owners (cats?) so we can swap the pet sitting at the same time :) But we're also happy if you don't have cats but love cats. They are super friendly and cuddly (7 months old kittens and one grandma cat (9 years)
