General overview

Our home is in a wonderful community with kind neighbors, inviting pools and beautiful flowering trees. The part I love the most is that even with this tranquility, our home is 7 minutes from the beach, 1 minute from a beautiful park, 3 minutes from UCSD university, 2 minutes from the shops and 2 minutes from the trolley/public transportation. Our home has lots of natural light and is newly renovated. It has a 2 car garage with EV charging, a large kitchen and comfortable furniture.

Bonjour from the Fontaines! We are a kind, fun and funny family with 2 parents, 2 kids and 1 fluffy (hypoallergenic, non shedding) goldendoodle dog. We obviously love travelling and try to spend summers in France.
