General overview
The big fifth wheel is a two bedroom bath and a half with a full kitchen. The van offers another bedroom and bathroom compact as it may be. It’s self contained and can be parked conveniently anywhere you’d like to have it parked for the duration of your stay
The space
Currently we are using the main bedroom as our office. We have two twin beds in the front bedroom and a queen bed in the van. The main bedroom could be converted back to a bedroom if necessary. Couch and dining area in the center galley area with full size range and fridge. We have a stackable washer and dryer in the bathroom with a full shower.
Guest access
You will need to be able to do stairs because it’s a fifth wheel and there’s stairs up to each bedroom and stairs to get into the unit.
Notes
Unless you’ve towed something similar I’m not interested in teaching anything how to drive it. I’ll be stationary for the swap if you have no prior rv experience

The RV will be in an RV park and they usually have resort type amenities which vary with where you are and what time of year you’re there.

We would need to agree upon where you were going to use the rig and then make arrangements from there
