-Primary bedroom - king bed and en-suite bathroom
-Kid bedroom soccer theme - twin bed
-Kid bedroom Disney theme - twin loft bed with nugget (thin cushioning like mattress) underneath available for small child to sleep on
-Kid bedroom pink unicorn theme - twin bed
-we also have a kid toy/playroom upstairs with the ability to set up an air mattress in it
Potential first floor bedroom:
-additional primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom located on main floor potentially available, please discuss with us.
Guest access
Main floor second primary suite is usually closed and locked to guests. If you are interested in a fifth bedroom, please discuss and confirm with us.
Notes
House comes with 2 indoor ragdoll cats. Super chill. They just need food, water, some pets, and litter box scooped. We have a dog but usually make arrangements for him to stay elsewhere during home exchanges.
Home has exterior security and ring cameras. No interior cameras.

Seahurst is a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood in Burien, WA, known for its beautiful beach and lush parks.
We are across the street from Lake Burien School Park that features a playground, tennis/pickle ball court, running track, and open green field.
