General overview

Our large, beautiful, sunny house is in a very quiet location in a very small, rural village and only 30 minutes north of Munich. It is only 5 minutes to the motorway and 25 minutes to Munich Airport. This means you are very well connected by car to everything the region and Europe has to offer. :-) We have a beautiful garden that is ideal for grilling and is located right on the edge of the town and the forest. We live on a cul-de-sac in the middle of the hop fields. A wonderful playground is just a few minutes' walk away. The most beautiful lakes such as Schliersee, Starnberger See, Tegernsee, Pilsensee or the most beautiful Bavarian cities such as Regensburg, Passau and Augsburg can be reached in 1 hour by car. In summer, this makes for wonderful day trips. Wonderful peace and quiet with lots of birdsong on the terrace for every breakfast and beautiful sunsets with a glass of wine thanks to the hillside location. We enjoy it very much :-)

Hi, we are Simone & Chris with our two daughters Louisa (2) and Amelie (2 months). We live 30 minutes north of Munich in a very quiet, village location. For our parental leave this year we are looking for a nice destination by the sea for a few weeks. We are beginners when it comes to swapping houses, but we can imagine it very well. We are neat, decent and nice & just want to enjoy a nice, quiet family time :-)
