General overview

Our house is colourful, spacious and homely. It's located in a small village which has a small shop/bakery and a bar. Our nearest large town is Pontivy in central Brittany, France. We have a dog (laid-back black lab x) who sometimes travels with us. Alternatively we would look to exchange with a dog lover who would be happy to petsit. (we are happy to offer petcare too) Depending on the sort of exchange, we can do a non simultaneous without pet care if we go elsewhere with our dog. More photos will be added soon

The space

Living room with woodburning stove, large kitchen diner, three double bedrooms to the first floor, (two with shower rooms) plus family bathroom, large attic room with ensuite bathroom, office, storeroom/utility and downstairs cloakroom. Enclosed garden with lawn and flower beds plus decked area with patio furniture and BBQ
