General Overview

We are retired school teachers looking forward to travelling in non-peak seasons. We've lived in our home for over 25 years and renovated everything you can renovate. It's a three bedroom bungalow set in a wonderful green space with terrific neighbours.

The Space

Chef's kitchen up, fireplaces up and down, theatre entertainment centre downstairs and a hot tub at the edge of a stone patio out back. Three queen size beds in three separate rooms. One of the beds is a murphy bed in the bedroom/office. Downstairs has a laundry room, wet bar with full size fridge, and additional full bathroom.

Neighbourhood

Red Deer is the perfect sized city with all the amenities and none of the big city traffic. It's considered a gateway to the west with some of the world's best skiing, fishing, and hiking all within a 2.5 hour radius. Sylvan Lake Provincial park is a short 15 minute drive away and boasts one of the Province's finest lakes and beaches. Anders Park, where our home is situated, is known for its multiple green spaces, parks with tennis and pickle ball courts, and outdoor training centre most of which we can see from our front door.

Getting to my home

If you're flying in to Calgary or Edmonton we can definitely help with getting you the rest of the way here. It is about an hours drive to either city from our place.
