This 6 bedroom home is the ideal place to gather the family or friends for an unforgettable stay. This home boasts two fully self contained areas that can be opened into one huge house. One level is a complete entertaining deck.
The house is situated in Buderim in the heart of the Sunshine Coast. We are about 5 min drive to Mooloolaba beach and the dock precinct, 10 minutes to sunshine Plaza and 5 minutes from Buderim village with its wonderful cafes and restaurants.
The space
The top level has the open plan kitchen, dining and main living room. There are three bedrooms on this level including the master with ensuite and a family bathroom with tub.
The second level can be fully self contained and has a kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms as well as a generous lounge. The lower level is the entertaining deck and has a further bedroom and powder room.
The garden contains a plunge pool and chicken coop.
Guest access
There are a lot of stairs on the property so unsuitable for those with access issues.

Neighbourhood
Buderim is a lovely small village with fantastic restaurants and cafes. The Sunshine Coast has many fabulous beaches as well as many craft and farmers markets. The hinterlands are only 20 mins away with its many tourist villages and beautiful views of the glass house mountains as well as an abundance of bush walks,

We are 15 minute from Sunshine Coast airport, and just over an hour to Brisbane airport.
