Neighbourhood

We live in a residential area and at the moment there are not too many houses. It’s great for walking and seeing wildlife. We have seen monkeys, agouti, tejones, green parrots and many other species of birds. The monkeys often hang out on our back fence, a truly fun experience! Aside from our private backyard pool, you will also have access to our large community pool with two palapas to enjoy. You will also have access to our community gym.

Cancun International Airport, 15 minute commute

Getting around

You will need a car to stay at our place. The beach is an easy 10 minute drive. There are two sides of Puerto Morelos, the beach side and colonia side. Both have great restaurants and grocery stores. Large fruterias with fresh produce and juice are located in the colonia.
