The Space

An Urban Oasis... Our suite is a unique property on the third floor offering a large rooftop terrace with panoramic views of downtown Pana and the beautiful lake. The condo features a king-size bed and en suite bathroom, a spacious living room with a sectional couch, office space, a private balcony, and a cozy den with a futon couch. The open-concept design extends to a fully equipped kitchen. Parking is available next door.

Located on the third floor with a shared rooftop terrace overlooking Panajachel and Lake Views. Walking distance to almost everything Pana has to offer

Notes

Our condo rental is with a Cause! We are proud to contribute $5/40Q for each night booked to the scholarship program offered at Transformacion Ballet’s mentoring scholarship program. This program provides dance, ESL classes, and tutoring to boys and girls from local orphanages, single mothers' homes, and very low-income families.

Neighbourhood

Panajachel is a vibrant, eclectic, small walkable city filled with people from all over the world living side by side with the local Mayan community and fellow tourists from Guatemala City. Calle Santander (steps from the condo) is filled with international and local restaurants, shopping, yoga and bars. Boats to surrounding villages are a couple blocks away..

Getting to my home

Panajachel is the hub of Lake Atitlan and surrounding areas. We are located at 15 De Febrero and Calle Santander. Which is one of the best locations in town.

Getting Around

Panajachel is walkable or you can get a Tuk Tuk to take you anywhere in town for 5Q (less than 1 dollar). Boats are available all day to surrounding areas, Buses and Shuttle services are available in and out of Lake Atitlan to other parts of the country
