General overview
My home is a one story 3 bedroom built in 2019. It’s well maintained and beautifully decorated and cozy. I have a very private, fenced backyard and a green belt behind the house. I have a two car garage.
Georgetown is a suburb just west of Austin, Tx and at the edge of the hill country. You will need a car to get around. The drive to downtown Austin takes approx 35 min. Georgetown has a lovely square with lots of charm and great restaurant options. My home is in a planned community with walking trails and is well situated to drive to Austin or any central Texas location for the day. I’m approx 90 min from Fredericksburg which is a quaint German town with amazing wineries. Lake Travis and Lake Austin are approx 30 min from my home. It’s quiet out here and a nice spot to relax at the end of the day. There are numerous hiking spots nearby and live music venues within 20 min drive.
The space
My home has 1850 sq ft and has two bedrooms and an office. There is a third bedroom but I do not have a bed in that room. I have a two car garage with room for one car. My home is clean and well maintained and the view is lovely. Very quiet. I have a very comfortable king sized bed in the primary bedroom and a queen size bed in the second room.

Getting to my home
Fly into the Austin airport and rent a car or drive your vehicle. No public transportation except Uber which will be pricey to get around. You need a car. My home is a 45 min drive from the airport.

By car. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within a few miles. There is a large grocery store 3 - 4 miles from here.
