This second story cozy sanctuary is a beautiful nest with lots of natural light. It's got a patio to enjoy the copious amounts of sunshine you'll get here!
The vibe is cozy and colorful. There's a reading nook lush with plants, an office, and a bedroom.

Neighbourhood
Neighborhood park right around the corner and within walking distance to coffee, a bakery, restaurants. Only a mile from the neighborhood grocery store and their adjoining bakery, which has quite a few gluten free and vegan options.
Nearest airport
Denver International Airport is about a 40 minute drive, or I usually take the AB1 Bus route to and from Boulder. It's specifically an airport route and extremely reliable.

Greetings! I am a somatic therapist who enjoys traveling and relaxing with my dog. I like to cook, read, make coffee, and listen to audiobooks. I feel so fortunate live in beautiful Boulder, Colorado.
