Very spacious (by NYC standards) well decorated, apartment lots of light (9 windows) with open views. A very rare large kitchen and 2 bedrooms. One used as a home office for two, that can be outfitted with an available inflatable queen bed or two inflatable twin beds on cot frames.
The space
We are on the second floor (what Parisians would call the first floor).
The first floor is a laundry. So though we don't have laundry in the apartment there are facilities in the building. Fully equipped kitchen including gas range and induction hob, Anova Precision steam oven, InstaPot, Air Fryer, slow cooker & stand mixer.
Guest access
There is one flight of stairs to access the apartment.
Notes
The building is from 1912 so solidly constructed of lath and plaster. You cannot hear any neighbors. The size is 1,000 square feet, 2 bedrooms (one converted into an office) a large kitchen with a living room/dining room combination. It's old and has blemishes..
