Our villa isn't just child-friendly; it's practically a playground of joy. Ideally nestled within a charming village, it's the kind of place where you can enjoy evening meals without the hassle of car journeys or embark on early morning strolls for croissants with the kiddos in tow. Plus, we're just 5-minute drive from stunning sandy beaches – because life is better with a bit of sand between your toes.
Our 6-bedroom (4 doubles, 1 triple, and 1 quad with bunk beds) haven, is your ticket to character, charm, and easy living. With 3 bathrooms, a spacious open-plan sitting room, a kids gaming area, a large playroom stacked with games/toys and kids entertainment, and a relaxed terrace with a chimney BBQ overlooking our private garden, fenced, heated pool, and hot tub – this is the stuff family dreams are made of.
The best part? We're a mere 2-minute walk from the lively village, home to weekly street markets, bars, cafes, and restaurants. And did we mention the toddler park right next door? Ideal, right?
For our tiniest guests, we've got you covered – complimentary children's crockery, cutlery, travel cot, changing mat, high chair, pushchair and so much more are all part of the deal. And no need to worry about those bright morning awakenings – our villa comes equipped with external shutters for a peaceful start to the day too!
Our playroom is a haven for our young adventurers, this vibrant space is filled with an array of exciting games and toys, promising endless entertainment for our little guests. From classic board games to modern gaming consoles like the Xbox 360, there's something for every age and interest.
Picture the joy as kids dive into the chateau-themed ball pit, creating memories that will last a lifetime. Let their creativity soar on the giant chalkboard, where masterpieces come to life. But the magic doesn't end there – our playroom is adorned with a delightful collection of dressing-up clothes for both boys and girls. Bed sizes include four king-size beds at 160cm wide and all single beds at 90cm wide, ensuring a cozy and restful stay for everyone.

Adjacent to the villa, a park/playground beckons the little ones, promising hours of laughter and play amidst a green expanse, a slide, double swing set, see-saw, and a delightful climbing frame.
Private Oasis – Heated and Fenced Swimming Pool: The pièce de résistance, our 23ft x 13ft heated and fenced swimming pool, adds a touch of luxury to your retreat. A consistent depth of 4ft and stainless steel steps for entry ensure accessibility and safety. As you relax on the terrace, bask in the joyous scenes unfolding in the pool, witness the sun's gentle descent, and admire the picturesque village steeple. A thermal cover is provided for overnight heat maintenance, ensuring your pool experiences are always refreshing.

Important Booking Information: Please Read
Our home is exclusively available on the dates shown on the calendar, with a minimum stay of 7 nights.
The maximum capacity is 8 adults and 7 children. Regrettably, we cannot accommodate all-adult groups or parties. We sometimes reside in an adjoining apartment at the rear of the main property, readily available to assist you during your stay. It is completely private and you would not see us unless you wanted to! :)
Reciprocal Exchanges:
For reciprocal exchanges, we kindly request that you leave our home clean and ready for the next guests, just as we will do for your property. In case you prefer, you have the option to hire our dedicated cleaning crew for the arrival clean, at a cost of £300. This amount is due upon arrival in local currency.
Globe Swaps:
For all 'globe swaps', a £300 charge applies for the arrival stay cleaning and is payable upon arrival in local currency.
