General overview
3 bedroom with small gym and office. Located in the South Central part of town. Great access to everything.
The space
Our cozy home has two floors. Upstairs holds a living room with gas fireplace, kitchen with gas stove, two bedrooms, an office and a bathroom with a tub. Downstairs we have one master bedroom, a gym, living room space, a bar, washer and dryer and small bathroom.
The gym is furnished with a punching bag, adjustable dumbbells, adjustable weight bench and a few other small equipment you can use for your home workout.
Guest access
The main entrance to the house is through the car port. There is a set of 4 stairs you have to walk up. There is an electronic keypad to enter the house with code given upon booking.
The secondary entrance is through the side yard. You access this by walking down the path in front of the house and going through the fence. There is also a cement step you have to walk up.

Neighbourhood
Our home is close to major roadways (Southland Drive, Blackfoot Trail, Deerfoot Trail), so it is easily accessible when you want to take some trips out to the mountains or the badlands. There are lots of grocery stores around if you want to stock up.

Good Bread - cafe and for pastries
Tops Pizza and Bar - Friday nights they have free music bingo starting at 7pm
The Italian Center - has a little cafe inside with pizza, pastries and gelato, as well as a full Italian market
Nearest airport
YYC International Airport is a 20 minute drive from the house.
