General overview

Newly renovated, this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom with a garden is a gem in the Gramercy neighborhood in Manhattan. High end appliances, lighting features and even a filtered chilled seltzer or still water tap (no need to buy water in a bottle). Kid friendly bedroom with a full size loft bed (but adults can also sleep in there!). There is also a fold out full bed couch in the child's room. Large couch could fit one more person. The garden is spacious and special with artificial grass, heater for night relaxation and trees all around. There is also a Peloton and weights in the front room if you want a workout (although in Manhattan, you'll get your steps in).

Sara

We are a couple (Sara and David) with a son (Caden born in 2015). I own a gym and wellness studio in NYC and the Hamptons. David is an architectural lighting designer. We love to ski, hike, and take active vacations! We are looking for exchanges to ski in Europe and the US/Canada, as well as Hawaii and large cities in Europe.
