General overview

4 BDRM 3 Bath riverfront house with private beach in southern Maryland. We've tried our best to create fun and whimsy throughout our home, perfect for kids! Take the Kayaks out for a picnic lunch on a nearby beach with trails, just a 15-20 minute paddle away.

The space

We live there during the summer so it's fully stocked kitchen with lots of games and puzzles and air hockey (not pictured) in the basement. Rainbow themed bunk room for the kids with a pac man tiled bathroom. We have crab traps and you can catch the crabs right off the dock with a net if you're quick enough :) The yard has a tire swing and a zipline that goes from the top hill and lands in the water

2 floors, main level has kitchen, living room, dining area, 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed and 2 full bathrooms (one shower, one tub) Basement has air hockey table, living room area, rainbow bunk room with 3 twin beds and one full bed as well as a pac man tiled bathroom with tub, Covered patio area with comfy patio furniture and table

Getting to my home

Nearest International airport is Dulles International (IAD) and is an hour and a half driving from our home. Nearest national airport is Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA) 1 hr driving

Getting around

You will need a car to get around town. 20 minutes driving from great restaurants, target/walmart, grocery stores etc. Hikes to beaches with sharks teeth, marine museum with otters, Naval air museum, lighthouses, winery and playgrounds with dragons made from tires all within the area. 2 hrs from Richmond and an hour and a half from Washington, DC.
