General overview
I love the view I have from my apartment - there is no building on the other side, just trees and then the Weinbergspark. When I wake up in the summer it doesn't feel like being in a big city since I just see green treetops from my bed.
I also love the location on the border of Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg. It's a beautiful area, full of life and everything that makes Berlin special.
The space
The apartment is 48 sq meters big. The bedroom includes a stylish Scandinavian desk from the fifties (which I inherited from my grandmother). The comfortable kitchen has a table to sit at in the morning and sip a coffee made with a portafilter machine that is there for your use.
The bathroom includes a bathtub for cold nights.
Finally there is a cozy living room with a dining table, couch, my monstera plant and a TV as well.
Ahh and you can also use my city bike during the time that you will stay in the aparment.

Neighbourhood
The neighbourhood is a dream - the apartment is right on the border of Prenzlauer Berg and Mitte. You will find trendy restaurants, bars and shops within a few meters from the apartment. On the other side of the street is the Weinbergspark which has a cool apiritiv bar in the summer where you can sip your Spritz during sunset (https://g.co/kgs/psou7AJ). Mauerpark is 10 minutes walking away, every Sunday it becomes a little festival with street musicians and a bustling flea market.
In short - the area will give you the real Berlin experience while the apartment is located on a quite street.
Getting to my home
The next subway station is "Rosenthaler Platz" - 5 minutes walking from the apartment. There are also to tram lines that stop two minutes walking from the apartment.

I am a thirty-year-old German lawyer (I know that doesn't sound sexy, but I am one of the cooler ones) with a love for books, good food, and interesting podcasts. I lived for some years in Tel Aviv before I decided to move back to cold Berlin. This summer I will move to New York for some months and I am honestly really excited.
