The flat is in Chatillon however at the very border of Fontenay aux Roses. This doubles the choice of shops, bakeries, restaurants, markets. It is close to Paris (5km) which is an advantage when you come to visit and sightsseing, however it can also provide 'a beak from big city' as it is calm and close to green areas : a walking / biking path (Coulée Verte) towards Parc de Sceaux in Sceaux, Arboretum in Chatenay Malabry, Parc de Versailles
