Our house is located on the outskirts of Seville but perfectly connected to the centre and places of interest. It is in a gated community, with garden areas, a doorman and night surveillance. 
There are three bus lines and a train stop close to the house. The airport and the Santa Justa train station are ten minutes away by car. We have a parking space that will allow you to leave your car and visit the city comfortably by public transport 
In the neighbourhood you will find green areas, playgrounds, supermarkets, shops, a pharmacy, cinemas, a health centre and a church 
The house has a living-dining room, a bedroom with a 1.50x1.90 bed, another bedroom with a 90x1.80 bed and a room with a 1.40x2.00 sofa bed. There is a full bathroom with a bathtub, bidet, toilet and sink and a toilet with a toilet and sink. A fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room. Two rooms will be closed. The published photos are of the three rooms that are available. 
In the urbanization there is a communal swimming pool that is usually open from June 15 to September 30 (depending on the weather) and a paddle tennis court. 
As this is our habitual residence, we will probably only accept exchanges that suit us at the time of the request. Please do not be offended if we reject you. 
Important: Please let us know in advance the number of people who want to stay in the house, since once the exchange is closed we will not accept more guests. 
We do not charge for cleaning but we do ask that the house be left clean and tidy. If due to schedules or a personal problem you need a cleaner, we can contact our regular employee, but you must notify us with sufficient time.
