General overview

Our house is located on the outskirts of Seville but perfectly connected to the center and places of interest. It is in a gated community, with garden areas, concierge and night surveillance.
There are three bus lines and a train stop close to the house. The Santa Justa airport and train station are a ten-minute drive away. We have a parking space that will allow you to leave your car and visit the city comfortably by urban transport
In the neighborhood you will find green areas, playgrounds, supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, cinemas, health center, church
The house has a living-dining room, a bedroom with a 1'50x1'90 bed, another bedroom with a 90x1'80 bed and a room with a 1'40x2'00 sofa bed. There is a complete bathroom with bathtub, bidet, toilet and sink and a shower room with toilet and sink. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Two rooms will be closed. The published photos are of the three rooms that are available.
In the urbanization there is a community pool that is normally open from June 15 to September 30 (depending on the weather) and a paddle tennis court.
As it is our habitual residence, we will probably only accept exchanges that fit us at the time of application. Don't be offended if we reject you

We do not charge for cleaning but we do ask that the house be left clean and tidy. If due to schedules or a personal problem you need a cleaner, we can contact our regular employee but you must notify us in sufficient time.
