General Overview

House with 5 rooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Very close to the city center. The beach and Denmark are also not far away. More photos are welcome if you are interested in an exchange. We are flexible in terms of time and are interested in exchanging mainly in Europe. The house is child and animal friendly.

In the lower area there is a large living room with access to the garden, a guest room, narrow kitchen, guest toilet. Upstairs there is a children's room, bedroom, office and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. We only moved in in January, so it doesn't look like the Ikea catalog. Neighbourhood

Super centrally located, but still very quiet because the house is in the backyard. The city center and the harbor are within walking distance. There is also a beach (also for dogs) very close, about 8-10 minutes by bike. Very close to Denmark and other great beaches.
