Neighbourhood
Lake Claire is a close-knit, friendly neighborhood. Two playgrounds are walkable. A small market, and restaurants are are .9 miles/1.4km. The local rail (MARTA) station is less than a 10 minute walk.
Downtown is accessible by Marta. You are walking or biking distance to fun areas like Kirkwood and Decatur. Atlanta is a city of neighborhoods.
Nearest airport
The Atlanta International Airport (ATL) is 30 minutes by taxi.
Getting around
We are walking distance to a market with a small selection of groceries, deli and large selection of wine/beer. There is an electric bike (fits two kids + grown up) with a basket for use. Car could be discussed. I'm new to exchanges, so not sure how I would feel about car loan. But Uber and Lyft are easy options, too.
