General overview
Our home sits in a lovely, quiet, and safe neighborhood just 4 miles from beautiful, elegant, and famous Del Mar Beach. The interior has an unique, spacious flow.
The space
The first floor consists of two spacious family rooms for those wishing to watch separate football games or when the kids would like their own space. Laundry room with extra large washer & dryer. The kitchen has a large island with ample counter space for home cooked meals. The dining area has a large table suitable for up to 12 for a stay-at-home dinner or game night at home after a long day at the beach. The back yard has a beautiful gas fire pit under glowing fairy lights for sipping wine by the fire or family smores. Comfortable seating for 10 people.
The second floor consists of four cozy bedrooms, three of which have walk-in closets along with a full guest bath. Each bedroom has it's own TV with Roku streaming service. The Master Bedroom and Bathroom face South-East offering just enough morning sun to start your daily adventures in beautiful, sunny San Diego. Oversized bathtub in the Master Bath along with a large walk-in shower as well as a double vanity.

Neighbourhood
Our home is located just minutes from the Ocean. A short drive the Downtown Del Mar where you will find many amazing restaurants and elegant shops. Several hiking trails with breathtaking ocean views. There is absolutely no better place to watch the sunset! If you are feeling adventurous and want to see more of what San Diego has to offer there is La Jolla Cove, exciting Downtown San Diego, take a trip across the Coronado bridge to visit the world famous Hotel Del, Old Town San Diego, or even take a drive across the border into Puerto Nuevo for some local Pacific lobster.
