General Overview

My home is a 3 room apartment (two bedrooms) in central Berlin, situated riverfront on the Spree. It's 5 mins walk to Tiergarten Station which is on one of the main sBahn lines. I'm also 5 minutes walk from the beautiful Tiergarten park and walking distance to Brandenburg gate.

The Space

Master bedroom with projector, king sized bed and ensuite bathroom featuring large bath tub. Second bedroom with sit-stand oak desk and pull-out double sofabed. Second bathroom with large shower featuring rainfall showerhead. Open plan living -dining-kitchen, with large dining table seating 4 people. Recliner sofa seating for 2 and large TV with Netflix etc. The room is wrapped in glass with large windows on two sides, offering beautiful views over the Spree with a riverfront balcony. In the kitchen there's electric hobs and fan oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and a De'Longhi bean to cup coffee machine.

Notes

There's two cats and a tortoise that live at the property and would be there during your stay. We're looking for guests who would be happy to feed them ☺️ (and we are happy to reciprocate!)

Neighbourhood

The apartment is situated riverfront on the Spree, on the boundary of Mitte, Charlottenburg and Moabit. It's a beautiful, quiet and clean area with great transport links. There's a local bakery and a few cafes alongside a traditional and cosy pub. I'm within 5 mins walk of Tiergarten Sbahn, only two stops to the central station and with a direct line to the airport.

I'm Sophie and I live in Berlin (after recently moving from Scotland!). I'm a civil servant, and Dave's a web developer. We enjoy travel, food, hiking and climbing.
