General Overview

Villa is great in any season & particularly in summer. The City of Batumi is just 10 mins driving distance. We have an open-air fireplace and enjoy making barbecues. Hiking lovers may walk towards the hill called Gonio Cross, a famous viewpoint over the Gonio beach. The nearest beach in Gonio is within 10mins driving distance. We would love to exchange our villa in a place with similar capacity (10-12 people), somewhere we have never been

The Space

The villa is located on the hill at the beginning of Gonio. The villa has wonderful views of the sea, Batumi & mountains. It is very green around and even on very hot summer days, you can feel a pleasant breeze in the evenings from the mountains. The place creates very mixed feelings, as you can see the mountains, the city, and the sea very close to you at the same time. One of the must-see places, such as Gonio Fortress is just in 1.3 km distance and Batumi is in 10 min driving distance from Villa Gonio. Turkish border - Sarpi, is very close too. The nearest airport is Batumi International Airport, 6 km from the property.

Guest Access

The villa has three floors. There are two kitchens with open living rooms (on the ground and first floor), both equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, kettle, one washing machine and all necessary kitchenware and there are 6 bedrooms with private bathrooms. All the rooms have keys for privacy and incorporated private bathrooms. The garden is full of fruit trees, there are hammocks and beach chairs for tanning, private pool for the use of guests. The public transport spot is in front of the Villa. If with your own car, parking is available on the territory. The outdoor swimming pool is available during the warm season (June to October). There's an indoor as well as outdoor fireplace for barbecues.

The villa is located on the hill right after crossing the Gonio bridge. There are several markets, shops, and pharmacies nearby. There's also a dining place next door and a wine cellar in the neighborhood.
