Our home is small and very quiet. We live in the great Otway National Park on the Great Ocean Road in Victoria and we absolutely love being in the bush. We collect our own firewood from our property (we have 10acres including a river at the bottom), we collect our own water (the best water you ever tasted!) And we are on the way to going completely solar powered.
Our home is only a 5 minute drive to the beach and 8 minute drive to the main town of Apollo Bay. We have plenty of wildlife visit our home, including Koalas, wallabies, snakes, lizards and a variety of birds all year round.
There is always something to do in Apollo Bay whether it be hiking, surfing, bike riding, arts and crafts or staying at home and reading a book by the fire. There's something for everyone here!

People Like Us is the world's most trusted home exchange community. We believe in sharing, trust, generosity, respect, communication, equality, cooperation, honesty, hospitality, friendship, flexibility and adventure. We take pride in our homes and we care about the environment in which we live: our village, city, country and our planet. We care about the ethos of home exchange and we do it because we love the experience and the friendships that it generates.
