Situated in a quiet neighborhood, this home offers an ideal space for small gatherings and sits just 35 minutes away from the Greater Tampa Area. Kayak through crystal clear refreshing waters and see manatee in the river that flows from Weeki Wachee Springs State Park just 30 minutes west, or try out the beach scene in Pine Island when you drive 35 minutes to reach its white sandy shoreline. Bike or walk the Withlachoochee Trail or antique and lunch in Historic Dade City within a few minutes. The highlights of the Orlando area are about an hour to the east. Come visit our centrally located home and see all that Florida has to offer. All pets need to be approved. The Community Center is a short walk, it offers yoga, bingo, gatherings and has plans to have line and square dancing.

The space

2 Bedroom, 2 Baths. Large bath tub, walk in shower. All flooring is hard surface, either tile or terrazzo. Comfortable, clean, private and fully equipped. We have Wifi, Hulu Live and 3 TV's with Roku. The highlight of our home is our screened lanai with terrazzo flooring for outdoor living and dining. Our back yard is very private and frequented by sandhill cranes, ibis and hawks. This is our second home. We love it here. Easy Florida living is a relaxing change from our NY life. When we're in Florida we play, play, play. Golf, trails, the gulf, fishing, and a favorite exploring the crystal clear rivers and springs. Near the Withlacoochee River and Bike Trail Birding/Nature/Silver Lake, Many Golf Courses within 30 minutes, Prime Antiquing in Dade City 10 min , Central location to many Florida attractions, Disney/Universal/MGM 75min, Busch Gardens/Weeki Wachee Park and River, spring swimming/canoeing/tubing 30 min, Homosassa Springs Close to I 75, route 50 and route 301 Whole house, yard. Self check-in. We live in New York and this is our second home. All pets need to be approved. No smoking.

Ranch style home with all tile and terrazzo floors. Has carport, parking and covered entry. No stairs. Small well behaved dog is welcome. No cats, as we have family that is allergic although we personally are not allergic and could care for a cat on an exchange.

Notes

Easy to keep clean. The home is fully equipped and used as a vacation rental and owners winter residence.

Neighbourhood

Quiet lakeside community. Close to good golf, 30 courses with in 30 minutes. Get golf now and and find tee time bargains as little as $10 for 18 holes. Sherman Hills, our favorite golf course is 5 minutes away. Award winning golf courses that we recommend are World Woods, Mission Inn and Saddlebrook.

Don't hesitate to contact me. I love to travel and I can go anywhere. I own vacation rentals so I understand the importance of care, cleanliness and hospitality. I would like to travel almost any where. Please don't hesitate to contact us. I will always respond. We are interested in exchanges of just a few days with in 300miles from mid October - December 2023 We are interested in longer term exchanges of several weeks to a month or more in the southern, south western USA and any other areas with warm or mild winters. Can be places like Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Yucatan Peninsula, US Virgin Islands, Panama. We are always interested in Europe. We are always open to almost anywhere in the US for 2024. We are a retired couple with a small very well behaved non shedding dog. Our dog can stay with our children if she doesn't come with us but we do allow a dog at our homes. We are adventurous, non smoking, quiet and clean. We use our homes as vacation rentals and we feel very comfortable with exchanges.
