General overview
Our apartment is 45m2, it is located on the 2nd floor with elevator of a building in the 12th arrondissement. The apartment is well equipped, it can accommodate up to 4 people (bedroom + comfortable sofa bed in the living room) and we have something to keep you busy: books, board games, television... It is decorated with photos and illustrations and we have plants.
The location is perfect for visiting Paris, with quick access to the city center and main attractions. It is located in a quiet area which allows you to rest well upon returning.

Maud
We are Martin and Maud, a couple of 25 years old. We are engineers and work in culture and video games and we are both very curious and lovers of many activities: photography, museums, theater, cooking, pottery, sewing, ...
We have lived in the 12th arrondissement of Paris for 2 years with our cat Kiki, for whom we are permanent host family.
We often lend our apartment when we are on vacation or on weekends. This allows us to easily babysit Kiki, while giving other people the opportunity to enjoy the city.
