General overview
House with a great view over mountains, glacier and the ocean. 5 min drive to swimming pool, sauna hot tub, gym and Golf course.
Only 15min drive to city center
30 min to Thingvellir National Park
50 min to Gullfoss, Geysir and the Blue Lagoon
Excellent location in a quiet Reykjavik suburb. Close to all services. Spacious house with a private entrance and parking space. three bedrooms with a double quality beds. Extra sleeping mattresses can be arranged upon request.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils and a dishwasher. Washer and dryer are also available.
The kitchen and living room are in a combined space. The living room has a nice view over Mosfellsbær, mountains, glacier and the ocean.
Mosfellsbær is homtown of the famous bands Sigurrós and Kaleo.
Both bands started their careers in my neighborhood.
Guests have access to clean linens and fresh towels, TV, WiFi, and free parking.
The space
The Villa has a lounge, tv room and dining room, all with views to the neighbor hood, mountain, the sea and garden,
On the front terrace you have a table, chairs and sofa to enjoy jour breakfast or a cup of coffee.
The master bedroom has it own private outdoor area and terrace to the back garden.
On the balcony you have a chairs and table to enjoy the evening sunsets or to keep an eye on the kids in the garden.
The other 2 bedrooms have queen size beds. The bathroom have a power shower and a bathtub. High speed wifi in every room.
Guest access
The Villa is all on two levels and very spacious, we have private parking directly outside the house.
Notes
I have a dog, black lab, and her name is Nala. She is 13 years old, very calm and quiet. She lives with friends when I am not at home.

The airport Keflavík, is 55 min from the house. In heavy traffic you will need more time.

The easiest way is to have a car. Supermarkets, bakery, restaurant Bankinn and pharmacy are in the area (in Mosfellsbæ) only 5 min. from the house.
