A clean perfect condition apartment in the top floor of a new year 2023 completed apartment building. The sea and the ferry harbour to Tallinn are just right next to it.
It is in a convenient location to explore Helsinki and elsewhere in Finland.
The space
The apartment has a living/kitchen room, 3 bed room, big balcony with glasses, walk in closet, bathroom and shower room.
You can find all basic equipment for cooking and washing clothes.
There is a sauna in the building available for free use every Friday.
On the backyard there is a playground for small children.
Guest access
The building has an elevator. The doors work with a key or buzzler/camera on the entrance.

The area nearby is still under construction but make no disturbance or major noise. In nearby areas there a parks and various shops. In general the living area is very quiet.
Getting to my home
You can conveniently use two different tram lines from the downtown (10min) to right next to the building.

Getting around
The closest grocery is in 500m walking distance. Unless use the tram and visit the shops nearer the downtown.
There are several restaurants nearby.
