General Overview

Watch the beautiful sunsets over the Indian ocean from the balcony, our home is on the Indian ocean. Watch the dolphins at play and marvel at the skill of the kite and surf board riders from the comfort of our balcony. Falcon is just a 15 minute drive from the city of Mandurah, and one hour South of the beautiful and safe city of Perth. It is only a three hour drive from the Valley of the Giants and the famous Margaret River wine region. You will fall in love with our beach side home.

The Space

Our home is spacious and bright, four bedrooms two with Queen size beds, and two with single beds. We have three bathrooms, two spacious living areas, a games room with a pool table and a generous balcony to watch the surfers, dolphins and beautiful sunsets. Undercover parking for two cars. There are beautiful walks to do and a coffee shop/cafe a ten minute walk Oceanside.

Guest Access

Our house is a two story bright and airy home. The views to the ocean are spectacular There is a barbecue and a Webber cooker on site. We have all the mod cons you would expect. We have a nice enclosed back yard which provides privacy, and a sunny garden. It is a safe and quite location and always something new to see.

Notes

We have a motor scooter available for use, body surfing boards, snorkeling gear, a set of golf clubs and some board games. There and there are lots of interesting Ocean walks. They are some great bicycle tracks and estuary cruises from Mandurah.

Neighbourhood

There is a coffee/ cafe 10 minute walk away in the Bay. There is a large Supermarket, several shops, two taverns, a library and gym less than 10 minutes drive. There is Doctors, dentists etc. close by. Mandurah city is a 15 minute drive away. It has a Performing Arts Centre, cinemas and a variety of entertainment, with lots to do. The beautiful city of Perth is one hour from Mandurah and is serviced frequently by a fast train service. Perth the capital of Western Australia is well known for its cleanliness and safety, a modern city.

Getting to my home

Perth International Airport is approximately 1 hour away and there is a regular fast train service between Mandurah and Perth. There is a courier service for airport transfers.

Getting Around

You will have access to our motor scooter for local shopping etc. we can arrange bicycles if requested. There is an infrequent bus service. You will need a car, we are happy to arrange a car swap.

Jennette

We are a senior couple who would like to travel to either Europe or America particularly Amsterdam, Germany, Italy or Malta. In return we have a large house on the Ocean one hour south of Perth Western Australia. It is a beautiful region wit just lots to do and just three hours drive from the Valley of the Giants forest and the famous Margaret River wine regions.
