Our home is located in beautiful Co Leitrim, Ireland's least densely populated county and a rural haven in the North West of Ireland. Our home is located beside one of the river Shannon's many tributary lakes, Lough Rynn, about 1 mile outside the village of Mohill in South Leitrim. A modern, light-filled, spacious bungalow on a 1.7 acres (almost .7 hectares) private woodland site offers a peaceful and tranquil escape.
As well as the extensive woodland garden, we have a large brick paved patio at the back which gets the sun from midday to 6pm.

The Space

The house is fully detached with a large woodland garden located across the road from Lough Rynn Amenity area, about 3km from the town of Mohill and 16km from the picturesque tourist town of Carrick on Shannon. The location offers lots of scenic, lakeside and woodland walks and cycling opportunities in quiet rural roads. Nearby Carrick on Shannon is a popular tourist destination, located on the River Shannon, has a busy marina and a wide selection of cafes, restaurants and bars as well as boasting Ireland's smallest chapel.
