General overview

If you are a fan of the Yellowstone spin off 1923, you'll love Historic Granbury. Much of the show was filmed here as it was truly part of the Wild West. Our cabin is on a quiet part of the lake, Sunrise Cove, just 5 minutes from either Historic Granbury for shopping, dining, site seeing, or to the grocery stores. 40 minutes south of Ft Worth, so an easy drive to the Stockyards or for events going on in the DFW area.

The space

Three comfortable bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. Back porch with seating. Four kayaks to launch right from our back yard. Fire pit.

Notes

A nearby fun attraction is the Fossil Rim Wildlife Center - take your family on a real safari! There have been many dinosaur tracks found in the area as well that you can go see. Several pretty good wineries in the area that also offer night life. There is a sandy beach on the lake, just about 8 minutes from our cabin. Hire a boat and go tubing, skiing or bring your own SUP. **Note** If you exchange with us, you can split your time in our two homes. One is in North Texas (this one) and the other is in the most southern tip of Texas, a stones throw from Mexico.
