General overview

Our place is near Malaga`s city centre,in a complete equipped neighbourhood where you can find local shops and restaurants. We live near a big park for a nice walk, with different playground areas. There is also a big skatepark. Our house is a fully equipped familiar flat of 100 m2, sunny and well airy. We have 3 bedrooms: 1 double bed, 1 room with a single bed and another room with 3 single beds. We have 2 bathrooms, only one of them has shower. Our big dinning room has a dinning area with a big table and a sitting area with two sofas and TV, with a balcony to the nearby park. We have a kitchen with table, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, it leads to an access to an outside area with table. We also have a parking for the car in the beside bulding. Aswell there are bicycles available for 2 adults and 3 children. The temperature in Malaga is quite stable during the year. In summer it is not too hot, as it normally is breezy.

We are an Italian-Spanish family living in Malaga. Simone and I enjoy traveling and since we learned about home exchange we are delighted with this new way of traveling and meeting other people. We like the outdoors, the mountains, the beach while we really enjoy life in the city. Our 3 children are Federico, Martina and Roberto (10, 8 and 6 years old).
