General Overview

Our place is near Malaga`s city centre,in a complete equipped neighbourhood where you can find local shops and restaurants. We live near a big park for a nice walk, with different playground areas. There is also a big skatepark. Our house is a fully equipped familiar flat of 100 m2, sunny and well airy. We have 3 bedrooms: 1 double bed, 1 room with a single bed and another room with 3 single beds. We have 2 bathrooms, only one of them has shower. Our big dinning room has a dinning area with a big table and a sitting area with two sofas and TV, with a balcony to the nearby park. We have a kitchen with table, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, it leads to an access to an outside area with table. We also have a parking for the car in the beside bulding. Aswell there are bicycles available for 2 adults and 3 children. The temperature in Malaga is quite stable during the year. In summer it is not too hot, as it normally is breezy.

We are an Italian-Spanish family based in Malaga. Simone and I enjoy traveling and since we have known about home exchange we are delighted with this new way of traveling and meeting other people.
