Large (2,600 sq ft) two story house surrounded by trees and flowery shrubs,  with a spacious covered porch in the back.

The Space

Large windows with plenty of natural light, hardwood floors on the main level and carpet upstairs. The kitchen, master bedroom, living room and dining area are on the main level. Upstairs there 2 more bedrooms, an office, and a game room. WiFi throughout the house through Google Gigabit Fiberoptic Internet. TV in the living room with Google Chromecast and local TV stations , smaller TV with Playstation in the master bedroom. Two car garage, two bikes.

Guest Access

Garage is accessible through a remote, guests will have access to all the house.

I am a professor at UNC Charlotte. I usually travel with my two kids, a 12 year old boy and a 3 year old daughter.

Neighbourhood

The house is within walking distance to the local greenway, Davis Lake, and the community pool and tennis courts. The grocery store is also within 20 min walking distance. 15 minute drive to the UNC Charlotte campus and  18 minute drive to Uptown. 3 hour drive to Charleston and Folly beach, 1.5 hours to the Blue Ridge Pkwy, 2 hours to Asheville or Grandfather Mountain.
