Our apartment is located on the 5th floor with elevator in a quiet residence. We have a large living room of 30m2 with balcony. You can take advantage of the balcony to have lunch in the sun or have an aperitif with the sunset. A deck chair as well as a table and two chairs are on the balcony. Our living room is very bright and allows you to relax. There is television with Netflix, Prime, Canal... There are two bedrooms: the first with a double bed and the second with a child's cot.
