General Overview

We have a 3-story townhouse in a suburb of Orlando. We are 15 miles from Orlando International Airport, 30 miles from Disney and Universal Studios, 45 miles from Cocoa Beach, and 40 miles from Kennedy Space Center.

The Space

The main living space is on the second floor with an open kitchen, dining room, and living room. There is also a small balcony off the second floor. The main bedroom and office/extra bedroom are on the 3rd floor. We can also set up an air mattress in the downstairs office for additional guests.

There are 2 flights of stairs in this 3 story townhouse.

Notes

We have 2 adorable kitties that will be happy to keep you company. We simply ask that you feed them, give them fresh water, and scoop their litter.

You can walk from our home to a grocery store, drug store, and quite a few restaurants. The community is also great for walking and biking.

Getting to my home

You can easily take Uber from the Orlando International Airport to our house. If you rent a car, there is plenty of parking near our house as well.

Orlando International Airport is 15 miles away.

Getting Around

You can walk to shops and restaurants but will need to drive to the amusement parks and the beach.

We love to travel and explore the world and meet new people! We have stayed in many Airbnbs and have had house/cat sitters stay in our home often. We are looking forward to exploring this community. We have a lovely 3 story townhome with two adorable kitties in Orlando, Florida. We are 30 miles from Disney World and 45 miles from Cocoa Beach.
