Fully equiped apartment 132 sq.m. ready to accomodate 4-5 persons in the centre of Rethymnon, Crete. The house is on the first floor of our family 3 storey building.

Though it is centrally located is not far from the 6 km beach of Rethymnon. Walkinb distance from the house 20 mimutes or 800 meters. Distance from the unspoiled South coast 45km (Preveli, Plakias, Damnoni, Kourtaliotiko Gorge etc.). From Chania city 70 km. From Heraklion city 79km. Both cities have international airports.
Near the house: Old Town 150 meters, Municipal Gardens 120 meters, General Hospital 100 meters. Markets, bus stops, bars, restaurants, Old Venetian Port on walking distance.
The apartment is on the first floor of a 3 storey family building. It is consisted of two bedrooms each has its own A/C units, entrance hall, living room, dining area, fireplace and another area adjusted. Seperate fully equiped kitchen. One Bathroom/toilet. Sunsheds on the front. Aluminum windows and balcony doors with double glasses. Furniture, Smart TV, WIFI. We tried to keep the style of a family city house of the 70's, 80's.
On the ground floor the is an indoor parking space of 17,5 sq.m. for a small to medium car (not for suv or similar type of car).
