General Overview

Welcome to our 2800 sq.ft., 3 bedroom/3 bathroom pool home in small neighborhood close to airport, theme parks and downtown Orlando. 30 minutes to Disney Parks 25 minutes to Universal Studios/Islands of adventure 55 minutes to Cocoa Beach 15 minutes to downtown Orlando 10 minutes to Orlando International Airport 5 minutes to many restaurants and grocery stores. 1.5 hours to Tampa/Bush Gardens 2 hours to west coast beaches

The Space

Downstairs: living room, dining room, kitchen with breakfast area, full guest bathroom (with shower), pool bathroom, garage (with gym equipment and room for one car), office (closed off for owners storage), master bedroom with TV, full bathroom, walk-in closet. Upstairs: home theater loft area, second bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom (tub/shower) third bedroom currently used as art studio but can accommodate a single bed if necessary. Outside: walled backyard for privacy, pool (not heated), lounge chairs, dining table/chairs/umbrella..

Notes

We have a 10 year old cat who would love to stay home while you are visiting. You probably won’t see much of him as he can be shy, until you start giving him treats. He likes to sleep outside on the patio most nights. We would welcome an exchange with another cat owner. He can be left for a couple of days at a time and our son who lives a couple of miles away can also swing by to feed him should you decide to take longer trips away from the house.
