General overview
Large air-conditioned house with duplex apartment, modern fittings, numerous services. 10 minutes walk from the beach and the port, close to all amenities.
4 large bedrooms including a master suite, bicycle storage room, closed garage, large equipped kitchen open to bright living room.
3 bedrooms open onto a terrace of 25 m2 not overlooked and without noise pollution.
Free Wi-Fi throughout the house.
Animals are not allowed.

The accommodation includes:
On the ground floor:
a room that can accommodate two-wheelers and/or bicycles.
A closed garage in the adjoining residence.
First floor :
- 3 large bedrooms
- a bathroom
- a toilet
- an office area
- an equipped kitchen open to the living room with induction hob, oven, microwave, combined fridge-freezer, dishwasher, all the crockery necessary for a stay of 8 people, toaster, kitchenaid robot.

- a terrace with table and chair. Also a washing machine and drying lines.
On the second floor: a master bedroom with spa bathroom, WC
All rooms are equipped with electric roller shutters.
Each room has 2 90 cm beds, which can be pushed apart or made into a double bed.
The house includes pillows, duvets, bedspreads, sheets, standard linens.
The house has numerous cupboards and wardrobes.
Due to the staircase leading to the second floor, which does not have guardrails, the house is not suitable for very young children or unruly children. Although we have raised 3 children in this house without having to report an accident, we prefer not to expose our liability given this arrangement.
The house has board games, beach games, free Wi-Fi, books, television.
Sheets are provided.

We live 20 minutes from the house. We are very responsive.

Meze is 30 minutes from Beziers and Montpellier and 45 minutes from Montpellier Méditerranée airport.

The house is close to everything!
You will not need to use your car during your stay.
The supermarket is 50 meters away, the bakery and the bank in front of the house, the post office 100 meters away, the town center and the beach less than 10 minutes on foot.
A pretty terrace not overlooked with a barbecue will allow you to spend pleasant moments with family or friends!
