General Overview
Our 5000+ sq ft home is on 3 acres with no neighbors in the back. It has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, all with en suite bathrooms. There is a large master bedroom with a king size bed, 2 guest rooms with brand new queen beds, and two children’s rooms. The chef’s kitchen contains all the spices and gadgets you could possibly need. The living room has a large leather sectional and 85 inch television for adults and every toy you can imagine for young children. The foyer is filled with arts and crafts, kid’s tables, train and car table, dinosaurs, and a giant playscape. The garage is filled with electric ride on cars, scooters, kid’s bikes, tricycles, and Plasma cars. There are also chairs, tubes, and a hiking baby/toddler carrier for tubing the river, hiking, swimming, and enjoy picnics. The yard is filled with a rock wall, swingsets, trampoline, baby slides, water tables, sandbox, and more. Much of these are shaded by a giant sunshade and our covered patio. Plenty of comfortable patio furniture and a built in patio fireplace for s’mores. Many deer roaming the yard. If you turn left from our home, you can quickly find all of the amazing restaurants, live music, shopping, and other that Austin and San Antonio offers. If you turn right, you’ll quickly hit the beautiful hill country, an array of incredible wineries, and some famous Texas Barbecue. Also open to exchanging vehicles!
