Surrounded amidst expansive park-like lawns and gardens with views to the ocean, my apartment is located on the 4th floor of a security access building with intercom security, parking and internal lift access. My spacious apartment features two generous bedrooms (each with queen size beds), internal laundry, separate toilet and bathroom.
From my apartment it’s a five minute walk to the iconic Manly Beach and Fairy Bower, and only ten minutes to Shelly Beach. If you prefer harbour beaches it’s only a 10 minute walk to Little Manly Beach or Manly Cove and their harbour pools. That’s five beaches, each within a 10 minute walk. And if you enjoy bushwalking take one of the many trails across scenic North Head, view the historic Quarantine Station and the secluded Little Collins Beach.
It’s an easy ten minute stroll to The Corso, shopping precinct, restaurants, cafes and bars. Some of the better known local cafes and restaurants are The Bower Cafe (my favourite), The Roast Office, Garfish (my favourite seafood restaurant), Hemingways (cafe by day, French restaurant by night) and Beaches Pizza.
My apartment is located close to bus stops and less than a 15 minute walk to the ferry and from there it’s an enjoyable 18 minute ride across Sydney Harbour, past the Sydney Opera House to the city, Watsons Bay, Taronga Zoo and the Eastern Suburbs.
With an array of trendy cafes, restaurants, boutique shops, supermarket & gyms all within an easy stroll, my apartment provides the ultimate convenience and a relaxing getaway.

I have a 2br unit in the conic beachside suburb of Manly, NSW, Australia and am normally the sole occupant. For the next 12 months or so my 33yo daughter will be living with me, and we will be travelling together.
