General overview
Step inside and find a modern, comfortable 2 story home with custom-made steel, 19th century brick and hardwood floors. Kitchen is well stocked, full size dining table, bar and comfortable furniture with lots of different sitting areas including 3 hammock chairs. Our outdoor garden is fully shaded with couches, dining table and grill. The terrace off the master bedroom is a cozy place for morning coffee or evening wine.
The home has one Master Bedroom with queen bed, bathroom and balcony.
The second bedroom has a double bed and two windows.
There is small third bedroom with single chaise lounge that can be used as an office or an extra bedroom.
All three bedrooms are on the second floor with a family room filled with books, board games and a foosball table.
The first floor is an open space including a living room, dining room, sitting area and large kitchen. Access to the garden from the first floor is conveniently off the kitchen.
Note: Two indoor/outdoor cats live in this home and come with the rental. They are low maintenance and require very little but if you're allergic to cats or prefer not to live with them, this home won't work for you.
Construction across the street so it may be noisy.

This is the best neighborhood in Brooklyn and likely the best in NYC. It is filled with the best restaurants, bars, parks and unique activities. Our home is super convenient to Manhattan, Botanical Garden, Prospect park, subway and any type of food you can imagine.
