General overview

What I love most about my home is its perfect blend of spacious modern living & a vibrant, community-focused location. The apartment itself is expansive and is a modern industrial 1400 sq ft 3bed/2 bath space with parking and amenities. 

what makes it even more special is its location in lively uptown & the convenience of urban living while still getting to enjoy all the benefits and beauty of outdoors — we have two major parks - Moody Park and Queen's Park - less than 10 minute walk from our place. Both have pools, water parks, playgrounds and more which make them really excellent with our kids. They, and Uptown, also serve as cultural hubs with so many cool festivals and community events. The library is a ~3 minute walk, and there are more cafes and restaurants than I could count! 

It also helps that we’re less than 20 minutes away from downtown Vancouver!) so for concerts and events we just take the skytrain over and we always have easy access to the city's bustling heart while retaining a sense of peaceful retreat.
