The neighborhood has plenty of shops, restaurants, parks, sports and cultural facilities.
Our neighbourhood is ideal to visit Madrid and forget the car, it's called Barrio de Salamanca, it has plenty of shops, restaurants, parks, sports and cultural facilities.
The area is very well connected and at the same time very quiet, fantastic communication thanks to public transport, as it has several metro & bus lines nearby and easy access to the highway (the M-30).

The Salamanca district is one of the most important areas of Madrid, both for its peculiar distribution and for the neighbours that have traditionally inhabited their emblematic streets.
Traditionally Salamanca was an area of residential use, especially inhabited by political and economic elites from the country.
