General overview
Welcome to our 165 m2 house located 10 minutes from Annecy. You will enjoy a beautiful view of the city and the mountains.
We have a large garden with beautiful cherry trees, a sunny terrace, games for children and a vegetable garden.
We happily welcome families with children!
The space
Our house is composed of a large and bright living room opening onto a very well equipped kitchen (we love cooking!)
In winter, we have a wood stove.
There are 4 bedrooms.
The master bedroom is on the ground floor with a 160x200 bed. There is a bathroom on the ground floor and a separate toilet. (access to the same level if difficulty going upstairs)
Upstairs, there are two children's bedrooms with 90x200 single beds.
The last bedroom is used as a playroom in which we can install a 160x200 double bed or 2 single beds.
You will find a bathroom and a separate toilet upstairs.
A laundry room with washing machine and dryer, on the ground floor.
The garden is large (+1000m2) facing south/east. On the terrace there is a gas barbecue for cooking. In summer we install a small swimming pool measuring 170x65x60cm, small but ideal for cooling off and playing with the children!
Guest access
Our house is on two floors and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility but as you have a bedroom/bathroom and toilet on the ground floor, it is suitable for people with difficulty climbing stairs.
The staircase does not have a riser and does not have a barrier for young children.
Notes
We refuse to welcome animals into our house but we will take care of your animal (cat, dog, rabbit, chicken, fish, turtle, etc.) with great pleasure!
Even if the swimming pool is small, we ask you to be extremely vigilant with children.

We travel regularly for work and for family vacations.
We usually go in May, summer and Christmas.

I'm allergic to cats but it's not a problem to go to your house. Children love animals.
