General overview
4 bed house in safe gated community of 24 family houses right next to the beach. Just 15-20 minutes from Palma and 30 minutes from the airport. We're a family of 4 and often have friends over with families and the house can fit 2 families in comfortably if that's what you want to do.
The space
Large light and modern living space,. There's a fully equipped kitchen, aircon throughout, marble floors, 4 toilets and 3 bathrooms - this is the perfect house to have a family holiday in Mallorca.
Guest access
You drive into the garage which is underneath the house and walk up the stairs to the living area of the house on the ground floor. There's a large open plan living room with a dining table, a separate kitchen, downstairs toilet and one double bedroom with en suite shower room. Double glazed sliding doors to the patio with bbq and garden that has a small garden with lots of flowers and herbs and lawn. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms, one with 2 single beds in, an ensuite master bedroom and separate family bathroom with walk in shower. The pool, which has a toddlers pool too, is not a part of the main house but is a communal pool - ideal if you have young kids so you don't need to worry about them drowning themselves when you're sleeping in. The grounds are also communal so it's great for the kids to go and run around outside and play. There's also a padel tennis court on site - we'll leave rackets if you'd like to play.

Neighbourhood
At the end of the community is a pathway that leads directly down to the beach, there are a couple of 'touristy' supermarkets/shops/bars/restaurants nearby in Cala Vinyes but we recommend heading to other places to eat and get stuff really as they're limited and pricey. There is an abundance of excellent places to go to and eat locally.
The house is next to some of the nicest beaches on the island - specifically Portals Vells which is a large bay with multiple small beaches or 'calas' in it. It's simply the most beautiful place to enjoy summer!
Getting around
You can walk to the local shops but you really need a car whilst here on holiday - we recommend 'goldcar' despite the bad reviews. We don't own cars we only rent on a monthly basis from them and not had any problems in over a year.
