General Overview

5 minute drive to the best beaches on the Gold Coast, 8 minutes to a world renowned surfing spot. Quiet neighborhood. Our home is entirely enclosed for safety, fully fenced with a front entry vehicle gate, little ones can run free outside without worry of road access. We have our own private sparkling pool to cool off on summer days. Our home is newly renovated and reflects our laidback lifestyle.

The Space

We have a lovely single level 3 bedroom house with 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed and private ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third is a kids bedroom with a loft bunk. The newly renovated kitchen is open plan to the meals area and living room. Sliding doors take you out the front to the coveted patio for alfresco dining or lounging. This connects to our inground pool and side kids outdoor play area. The back verandah has a BBQ and access to the backyard where the trampoline is. Full Laundry and space for 2 cars.

Neighbourhood

Elanora is just 5 minutes from the beach and is a family friendly quiet neighborhood. We have a great local coffee shop a short walk down the end of our road.

Getting to my home

Just a 12 minute drive from Gold Coast airport or 75 minutes from Brisbane airport.

We are a family of 4 who love the outdoors! We reside in the beautiful sunshine of the Gold Coast Australia and are spoilt by the natural surrounds of rainforest and pristine beaches. We want to exchange mostly for ski locations! Whistler BC is priority and open to other mountains.
