🇫🇷Large house with the calm of a small country village (dead end street overlooking the fields) but close to the city (Paris 30 minutes, Disneyland 20 minutes, airport 20 minutes etc). it is a village a vehicle is necessary (station 20 minutes away) because there is no transport. You can organize your visits during the day (Paris, castles, leisure center, amusement park, etc.) and relax in peace in the evening.

We bought this family house 2 years ago, we really care about it, we want to exchange with respectful people. Our children are well educated and we will take great care of your home as if it were our own. Cleaning fee 120 euros possible if you do not wish to do it after your stay.

  • Cedric and Cindy's large, family. home is in an adorable (and walkable) town. It has a bakery, park, pharmacy, butcher, restaurants, and a small grocery store. It is surrounded by gorgeous farmland including corn fields and sunflower fields. Within 15 minutes you can drive to multiple larger towns with any grocery store, cafe, or amenity you could need. 15 minutes away you can find a train station with ample parking, that will take you right into the heart of Paris. What a treat! Their home is very spacious with more than enough room for our family of 6. The backyard is perfect for kids to run around, and it has a trampoline that was a huge hit. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals and is quite beautiful! We enjoyed walking to the bakery only 100 steps from the house. Charny is perfectly located to explore countless wonderful sites. We especially enjoyed the countless chateaus, museums, cafes, Paris, Disneyland Paris, swimming at the lake, and most of all coming back to this beautiful and peaceful home. Cedric and Cindy were wonderful hosts. They gave so many great recommendations and videos to help us be able to use the appliances. They were welcoming and made us feel at home. Getting to know them was an absolute highlight of our experience!
