Cedric and Cindy's large, family. home is in an adorable (and walkable) town. It has a bakery, park, pharmacy, butcher, restaurants, and a small grocery store. It is surrounded by gorgeous farmland including corn fields and sunflower fields. Within 15 minutes you can drive to multiple larger towns with any grocery store, cafe, or amenity you could need. 15 minutes away you can find a train station with ample parking, that will take you right into the heart of Paris. What a treat!
Their home is very spacious with more than enough room for our family of 6. The backyard is perfect for kids to run around, and it has a trampoline that was a huge hit. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals and is quite beautiful!
We enjoyed walking to the bakery only 100 steps from the house.
Charny is perfectly located to explore countless wonderful sites. We especially enjoyed the countless chateaus, museums, cafes, Paris, Disneyland Paris, swimming at the lake, and most of all coming back to this beautiful and peaceful home.
Cedric and Cindy were wonderful hosts. They gave so many great recommendations and videos to help us be able to use the appliances. They were welcoming and made us feel at home. Getting to know them was an absolute highlight of our experience!
