General overview
We live in the beautiful and vibrant neighborhood of Fremont in Seattle (lovingly referred to as the center of the universe) in a beautiful 1907 American Foursquare perched high up above the street with sweeping views of the Olympic Mountains and the Ballard Bridge.
Our house has ample space distributed across three floors and some great outdoor space as well. We recently finished our basement, adding more space for our family and guests to spread out. When you walk in the front door you'll find an open and bright livingroom with french doors that open to a deck that's perfect for summer happy hours, having fires into the evening hours, and watching the sun set over the Olympic Mountains. From the living room, you walk through the dining room to enter the kitchen with ample space for both cooking and entertaining. You'll find a half bath through the kitchen as well as french doors leading out to our backyard and deck that's perfect for BBQ'ing and eating dinner. Through the kitchen you'll find the stairs that will lead you to our recently finished basement where you'll find additional sleeping spots, a big couch for lounging in front of the tv, a little office nook, and a bathroom.
Back on the main floor, you'll find the stairs leading you to the first floor where all the bedrooms and laundry is located. At the top of the stairs, you'll find the 3rd bathroom, followed by three bedrooms. The front bedroom has the same sweeping views of the Olympics and the ship canal + Ballard Bridge as the livingroom + deck does. Close the blinds for sleeping, or leave them open for city light gazing at night.
Our beautiful home is walking distance to the bustling night life, bars, restaurants, shops etc. of Fremont and you can easily get around town - either by foot if you're up for a longer walk, or by the many bus routes conveniently located throughout Fremont.
